Campaign conditions
 
  • Offer valid for all WTF customers covered by the promotion, whose card is duly active;
  • Offer awarded via promotional codes;
  • Promo codes can be requested from the Saucy tab of the WTF App;
  • Codes assigned individually to each customer, for use by that customer only;
  • Each code corresponds to an offer of 30% on the new collection + an additional 20% on the outlet collection until 31/10;

I've never bought anything on the adidas website, how do I order and buy?

The order and purchase process is possible even without creating a customer account, you just have to follow the various sequential steps of the order process and enter some data that will allow the purchase to be registered. Find out more here https://www.adidas.pt/ajuda
I'm already an adidas customer, how do I access the promotional code?

In the WTF App go to the Saucy tab to get your code. Copy the code and then go to the adidas website or app and enter the code to get the discount.
Where should I apply the WTF code?

You can use the code on the adidas website or app, in your shopping cart.
What discount does the WTF code give?

WTF is giving you a 15% discount on selected items and an additional 15% on the outlet collection. You can buy products from both collections in the same purchase and you'll get the respective discount on each one.
How many codes can I order per month and how long are they valid for?

You can request 1 code per month, valid for the month itself and only for one purchase. For example, if you request it on October 14, you have until October 31 to use it. In November, you can request another code to use until the end of November.
My code didn't work, what do I do?

To get the discount, you have to enter the code on the adidas website/app, in your shopping cart. The code is only valid for one purchase in the month in which it was generated. If you have problems using your code, go here: https://www.adidas.pt/ajuda
I've lost the code I ordered, how can I get it back?

Don't stress! You'll have to contact Customer Support to have a new code generated.
