Learn about the terms and conditions of WTF services
1.1 This document regulates the subscription to the WTF tariff and the use of the WTF website and App.
1.2 On the WTF website you can buy your WTF card, find out about the tariffs, benefits and promotions that NOS has for you.
1.3 The WTF App allows you to check and top up your balance, check your consumption, change your tariff, check your pin and puk, access promotions, manage your benefits and prizes, take part in Scratch and also receive personalized recommendations and offers.
1.4 In order to use the website, the App and subscribe to the WTF tariff, you must read and accept these Terms and Conditions and the specific conditions of the tariff available on the WTF website. By using the App and the WTF website, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions described herein.
1.5. NOS may change these Terms and Conditions freely and at any time, and the updated text will be published at least 30 days in advance on the WTF website or App.
1.6. The Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of NOS Comunicações, S.A. (NOS), with its registered office at Rua Actor António Silva, 9, 1600-404 Lisboa, with a single registration and legal person number of 502604751.
2.1 Use of the App is restricted to customers with a WTF tariff and requires prior registration for authentication of NOS customers, known as NOS ID, which is subject to the conditions of use of this service, to be consulted at www.nos.pt/particulares/outros/termos-e-condicoes/Pages /nos-id.aspx. If you already have the NOS ID access credentials (NOS ID user and password), you must log in to the App with these credentials.
2.2 You must be at least 13 years old to register and use the WTF App.
2.3 If you are under 13, you will need your parent's/legal guardian's consent to access the WTF App, particularly to play Scratch. To unlock access to the WTF App go to this form.
2.4 Access to the App is free of charge. However, you will be responsible for the costs arising from data transmission, calculated according to your tariff.
2.5 You will also be fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account and access credentials and for the consequences of improper use, with or without your knowledge, of the WTF App by third parties.
2.6 NOS may ask you to confirm any information provided, as well as suspend or prevent access to the App, at any time and freely or in the event of a breach of the law or these Terms and Conditions.
2.7 The functionality of personalized recommendations and offers is an essential and intrinsic feature of the WTF App and implies the analysis of your identification data and use of NOS products and services. By installing the WTF App and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize NOS to process your identification data (e.g. name, contact details, contracted services and other personal data including your interests) and service usage data (e.g. use of voice and internet services or other consumption data, including profiles).
2.8. At any time you can request access to your personal information, the composition of your profile and the actions you have taken. You can also request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal information. To do so, contact us using the means indicated in the Personal Data section of these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 All services and/or content made available on the site are provided for the exclusive and personal use of the user who undertakes to use them in accordance with the law and these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 NOS may alter the contents of the site or suspend or prevent access to the site, at any time and freely or in the event of a breach of the law or these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 The WTF website may contain cookies and you should carefully read all information regarding cookies.
3.4 You are solely responsible for the information you provide and for your use of the site.

4.1. NOS is the entity responsible for processing your personal data.
4.2. Your personal data is processed and stored in computerized form and is processed by NOS because it is necessary for the provision of the service, for compliance with legal obligations imposed on NOS, for the pursuit of NOS' legitimate interests or because you have given your consent.
4.3 In particular, and giving examples, your data may be processed for us to activate your WTF tariff (e.g. identification data to confirm your age and validate eligibility), to send you Scratch prizes and hot deals (e.g. shipping address) and to bill you for services or verify data usage (e.g. categories of websites/services). We may use your data to check the categories of websites/services/applications accessed on the internet via your device whenever your tariff includes free apps or internet services so that this traffic can be deducted from your data package). We may process your data to manage the networks and systems that support your WTF service and to monitor information security. We may also process your identification data and use of the service so that, through the App or other contact channels, we can recommend products or services tailored to your interests.
4.4 As a result of the partnerships developed by WTF, you may receive communications about products and services from other companies, always in accordance with your consent options.
4.5. Your consent must be prior, free, informed, specific and unequivocal, expressed in a written or oral statement or by validating an option.
4.6. Use of the App requires that you be 13 years old or have the consent of your parents or guardians, available at https://qms.wtf.pt/teste/controlo-parental. In order to manage the parental consent process, we will only request information that is strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, namely documents proving your age and ownership of parental responsibility.
4.7 Whenever a user is identified as a 'minor', NOS will take special care in processing their personal data, namely for the purposes of recommendations and commercial offers.
4.8 You can access your personal data, rectify it, oppose its processing, request its erasure, limitation or portability.

4.10. You can always object to the processing of data for the purposes of communicating products and services at any time.
4.11. Your personal data is kept for different periods of time, depending on the purpose for which it is intended and taking into account legal criteria, necessity and minimization of storage time.
4.12. NOS may use subcontractors for the purpose of processing your personal data, and these entities are obliged to develop the appropriate technical and organizational measures for their protection.
4.13. Without prejudice to the possibility of complaining to NOS, you can always submit a complaint directly to the supervisory authority, the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
4.14. You can obtain complete and up-to-date information on the NOS Group's privacy and personal data processing policy at www.nos.pt/privacidade.
5.1 All texts, images, trademarks and all content in general of the App and the WTF website are the property of NOS, SGPS, S.A. or any of its subsidiaries and are protected under the general terms of the law, by national and international legislation for the protection of intellectual property.
5.2 Reproduction, alteration, copying, use, public or private communication, exploitation, downloading or any other form of use and exploitation of the content available on the App and the WTF website is prohibited.
As a WTF customer you have access to the voice service and the data service, internet, websites, app, etc.
- Whenever you have to create or use a password, choose a strong one. Use a combination of at least six numbers, letters and punctuation marks (such as ! and &). It should be different from other passwords you use elsewhere on the internet;
- Change your password regularly and don't share it;
Avoid putting access credentials on publicly accessible computers;
Be cautious when exposing your personal data and circulating it on the internet;
- Adopt security measures such as maintaining equipment and updating programs and antivirus, implementing firewalls and protection against malicious software;
Don't browse websites with dubious reputations and for which you have no guarantee of authenticity;
- Do not use pirated software;
- Carefully read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the websites you use, especially social networks and games.
